African Elements LLC marketplace policies are create to provide a safe and fair environment for all our members (Buyers and Sellers).  To avoid unintentionally breaking the rules please learn the policies in addition to the Terms and Conditions.  This helps everyone to work together and promotes a reliable and trustworthy marketplace.  Honesty is important in our community and network. We ask that all members (shop owners and buyers) represent themselves, their business, and their items accurately.

African Elements members can use our community areas to share, discuss and inspire each other.  Shops on African Elements site are Independent Businesses.

Individual Shop Policies:

All sellers are asked to outline shop policies for their African Elements LLC shop.  The policies should include, shipping, returns, payment and selling policies. Sellers must create reasonable policies in good faith and must abide by such policies. All shop policies must comply with African Elements Marketplace site policies and terms and conditions. Sellers are responsible for enforcing their own reasonable shop policies. African Elements reserves the right to request that a seller modify a shop policy.

Payment methods:

Purchases for goods and/or services may only be paid using the PayPal payment system. You do not need a PayPal account to make use of this system as you can make a purchase as guest user using a debit, credit card or bank account. We advise you to familiarise yourself with the PayPal process and their own terms of use www.paypal.com.

All prices shall be shown in United State Dollars USD($) and shall be payable in that currency. You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for certain transactions (e.g. international transactions and currency conversions).

To guaranty safety funds are available for withdraw 17 days after purchase is made or after delivery confirmation.


Returns, exchanges or refunds of any non-returnable item purchased through African Elements site must be discussed with the relevant Seller directly using the means of contact they have supplied.  African Elements LLC cannot intervene in, and has no control over, these discussions.

If you were unable to resolve the problem with the seller, you can submit a refund request by clicking Send A Report or sending an email to dispute@africanelements.com.  Here, we can formally discuss solutions with the seller.

African Elements provides a marketplace for crafters, artists, your copyrighted music, clothes, books, apparel and collectors to sell their handmade African creations, products and goods, both traditional and non-traditional crafting supplies.
