Setting clear buyer expectations and then meeting or exceeding them is a great way to make your buyer happy and ensure a smooth transaction.  Some of the simplest things you can do are to provide accurate and consistent details about your item and to be clear and specific about the shipping cost, handling time, return policy, terms and conditions of the sale.

PayPal is used for the payment method at African Elements Marketplace. 

PayPal accepts a variety of payment choices and buyers do not need a PayPal account to use it.

Everything is shipped local postal service first class with online tracking. We have a priority shipping option for those who need things faster!

Everything is made to order.  I ship as soon as I can. Our normal turnaround is 1 business day! With a 7-15 day postal timeframe.  Please contact me first if you have time restrictions! Thanks!

I take every measure to properly package the merchandise so that items arrive at their destinations safely. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the same precautions are taken by shipping carriers. As a result, shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

*IMPORTANT*

International shipments are labeled as “Merchandise” and may be subject to import fees (at the cost of the buyer). Though tracking numbers are provided for all shipments, status updates international may only be available for select countries. For more information, please contact me.  We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please consider your purchase carefully as our products are made-to-order and are generally non-refundable.

Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date to arrange for a replacement.

It should be noted that:

* All of our pieces are handmade, therefore no two items are exactly alike.

* Air bubbles / voids are left visible to portray the natural effect and look of concrete.

* Due to various monitor settings, colors may vary slightly from those shown on your screen.

* Though our recipes remain the same, several factors (such as humidity, temperature, dry time, etc) can alter the finished products’ color and texture, from one batch to another.

* Reclaimed wood may contain voids, marks, nail holes, etc.

I do not do cancellations. Please do not put an order through if you are not ready.

I can do exchanges upon special circumstances!

Please ask questions before you purchase. Return shipping will be charged to the customer unless it was my fault.
